HK Army stands behind the quality of our paintball gear and apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your unused gear in its original retail packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are still intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
